DIVERSITY DIVE! – ‘The Flow’ by Bruce Brown

DIVERSITY has been a contentious word in America since the time of President Obama, the “Great Divider,” as Thomas Sowell calls him.

For some, diversity is a rallying cry, for others an insult.

So in America today, we have dueling, politicized acronyms. In this corner, we have neo-liberalism and the feminized Democratic Party of Nancy Pelosi and Hilary Clinton and Kamala Harris with DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), and in the other corner we have the neo-conservatism of Elon Musk and Donald Trump and J.D. Vance with MEI (Merit, Excellence and Intelligence).

It’s easy to see what MEI brings to the table because Merit, Excellence and Intelligence have long been winning attributes in human endeavors.

But what about DEI? Diversity Equity and Inclusion are new standards without any real historical or cultural underpinning. So how is DEI working out in the real world?

I agree with this lady! Speaking personally, I am a lifelong Democrat who recently had my home destroyed by a flood. In that harrowing time, I got a lot of volunteer help from conservative Christians, some of whom came from three states away to help a complete stranger in need. By comparison, I had a bunch of super liberal woke Democrat family members living a half hour away in a big blue city, and none of them lifted a finger to help a relative in need. I guess they were too busy worrying about important things like their pronouns, and perfecting their divisive, “politics of contempt” race baiting skills.

Owning (meaning taking responsibility for one’s own actions) is the big flaw in the feminized Democratic Party of Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton and Kamala Harris.

In 2016 the defeated Dems were unable to look in the mirror and own that Hillary was a poor candidate, both in terms of her stained record as Secretary of State and the fact that she was unattractive as a human being to millions of Americans. So her defeat to Trump had to be the Russians’ fault.

Excuse me. That is so insulting to the millions of Americans who voted for her opponent, the winner, Donald Trump. And by blaming her loss on Russian influence, Hillary Clinton was also saying that people couldn’t be trusted to make up their own minds, which has crystalized into the feminized Democratic Party’s support for censorship.

Well, as far as the Dems are concerned, it’s still the Russians’ fault! For BOTH Hillary’s loss to Trump in 2016 AND Kamala “Hater” Harris’ loss to Trump in 2024! These women have learned nothing! Apparently, the Russians were on vacation in 2020, when Biden beat Trump.

So what are the chance at this point that the Democrats will “grow up”? I dunno. Might be easier to start a new party clean.

The point here is that “Diversity, Equality and Inclusion” has been a disaster for many communities in America. The people on this list — only a few of whom are white or male — are all expressions of the liberal Democrats’ DEI agenda.

Stated simply, DEI has cost the American public a great deal of money and ruined innocent people’s lives. And in the cases of Vice President Kamala Harris and Fulton County, GA Prosecutor Fani Willis and Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle and the “DEI hires” at the Secret Service who were guarding President Trump in Butler, PA on July 13, 2024, these women’s poor performance has affected the 2024 U.S. Presidential election!

I think it is also worth noting that most (but not all) of these women would NOT have gotten these jobs if MEI was the criterion instead of DEI. Why? Because most do no MERIT the jobs. They lack the EXCELLENCE and INTELLIGENCE to perform the jobs adequately, let alone excel!

Then there is the fact that DEI is unabashedly RACIST AND DISCRIMINATORY AGAINST WHITES, and should therefore be outlawed on both federal and local levels on those grounds alone.

In truth, though, we are all victims of this ‘Diversity/Equity’ [DEI] nonesense, which simply means that anyone who is white is suppressed, especially younger white males.

It’s time to get the best person for the job, not the one that meets the racist and sexist biases of American liberals/Democrats.
