DIVERSITY has been a contentious word in America since the time of President Obama, the “Great Divider,” as Thomas Sowell calls him.
For some, diversity is a rallying cry, for others an insult.
So in America today, we have dueling, politicized acronyms. In this corner, we have neo-liberalism and the feminized Democratic Party of Nancy Pelosi and Hilary Clinton and Kamala Harris with DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), and in the other corner we have the neo-conservatism of Elon Musk and Donald Trump and J.D. Vance with MEI (Merit, Excellence and Intelligence).
It’s easy to see what MEI brings to the table because Merit, Excellence and Intelligence have long been winning attributes in human endeavors.
But what about DEI? Diversity Equity and Inclusion are new standards without any real historical underpinning. So how is DEI working out in the real world?
What follows is an ongoing dive into the “diversity” story as it unfolds…
There has been so much news coming out of Washington, DC, during the first few days of President Donald Trump’s second term that it is easy to miss something, even something big. This is one of those stories.
So if you didn’t notice, yesterday while sitting in the Presidential chair in the Oval Office, Donald Trump observed of former President Joe Biden: “Maybe the sad thing is that he didn’t give himself a pardon, and when you look at it, it [the rampant corruption during the Biden Administration] all had to do with him.”
Whoa, momma! Coming from Trump, this is a tremendously interesting comment since, as Trump himself notes, Biden himself had a hand in all the crimes committed by all the people who Biden pardoned! Is Trump’s Department of Justice going to prosecute Biden for his many, many criminal actions while he was President, the least of which is the pay-to-play bribery scheme Hunter Biden was running out of the White House?
God, I hope so! America has just emerged from the most politically corrupt and immoral period in its history. Jailing Joe Biden makes it clear Americans won’t tolerate woke treason again.
Under the rules of DEI, the injured 200 pound man or woman who has collapsed in the burning house is left to die because the lesbian hired as a fireman instead of a MAN can’t carry the 200 pound person out of the burning house! But that’s OK with DEI because hiring an incompetent women means that there are less white men employed! And that, folks, is the insane sexism, racism and anti-logic of woke liberal thinking.
As this video demonstrates, President Donald Trump is not guilty of anything, except being a strong enough political opponent that the Democrats tried to destroy him legally, financially and personally. The real criminals here are “Garbage” Joe Biden and his gang of Constitutional criminals. I hope to see Jack Smith, Fani Willis, Alvin Bragg, Letisha James, Merrick Garland, and Joe Biden all in jail for what they tried to do to President Trump before the end of Trump’s term of office. This kind of “lawfare”can not be allowed to happen again.

DEI Mayor Karen Bass and her DEI hire Water Department head, Janisse Quinones, should have also made sure that all the fire fighting reservoirs where full and online as Los Angeles headed into the Santa Ana fire season so there was actually water in the hydrants. Oh yea, it would have been a good idea too for Mayor Bass and her acknowledged lesbian Fire Chief, Kristin Crowley, to make sure that all the fire hydrants were actually installed and in place, NOT STOLEN!Finally, cutting millions of dollars from the Fire Department budget while funding a gay men’s choir was ill advised! At the time of the Palisades Fire, 77 fire engines, or over half of the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Emergency Fleet, in the repair shop and unavailable for service! Now on to California Governor Gavin Newsom. Furthermore, it would have been a good idea for the State of California NOT TO DUMP the badly needed basic, primary fire fighting water for environmental foolishness. Also, the State of California SHOULD NOT have stopped forest fire suppression efforts that had gone on for a century before woke liberal policies took over. But that’s life in La La Land.

The point here is that “Diversity, Equality and Inclusion” has been a disaster for many communities in America. The people on this list — only a few of whom are white or male — are all expressions of the liberal Democrats’ DEI agenda.
Stated simply, DEI has cost the American public a great deal of money and ruined innocent people’s lives. And in the cases of Vice President Kamala Harris and Fulton County, GA Prosecutor Fani Willis and Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle and the “DEI hires” at the Secret Service who were guarding President Trump in Butler, PA on July 13, 2024, these women’s poor performance has affected the 2024 U.S. Presidential election!
I think it is also worth noting that most (but not all) of these women would NOT have gotten these jobs if MEI was the criterion instead of DEI. Why? Because most do no MERIT the jobs. They lack the EXCELLENCE and INTELLIGENCE to perform the jobs adequately, let alone excel!
Then there is the fact that DEI is unabashedly RACIST AND DISCRIMINATORY AGAINST WHITES, and should therefore be outlawed on both federal and local levels on those grounds alone.
In truth, though, we are all victims of this ‘Diversity/Equity’ [DEI] nonesense, which simply means that anyone who is white is suppressed, especially younger white males.
It’s time to get the best person for the job, not the one that meets the racist and sexist biases of American liberals/Democrats.
